Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How much is my event going to cost?

A. That can vary widely based on the food that you order, the type of service, rental costs, etc;. We would be happy to give you a detailed estimate based on a short consultation with one of our event planners.

Q. How far in advance should I book my event?

A. For a smaller event (25-100ppl.) Please contact us at least 15 days in advance. We want to make sure that we can have proper staffing in place for you. For weddings, holiday parties, and larger corporate events, plan on considerably more lead time. Most of our weekends book a month out or more. Summer weekends and holidays can book up to one year in advance.

Q. What do I do if I need tables and chairs? Silverware? Plates?

A. We are happy to facilitate any of your rental needs or point you in the right direction should you want to handle it all yourself.

A. Since we charge an hourly rate for servers and bartenders, we do not need to charge you again for this service.

Q. How many servers will I need for my event?

A. Please keep in mind that every event is unique and there may be events that are more complex than others when considering staff. Industry Standards for most buffet style service dictates that you will need one server for every 30-40 people. Plated Service is 1 server per every 10-12 guests. Bar service is 1 bartender per 75-100 guests.
